Clay county economic development corporation (edc) hosted two luncheon presentations that provided relevant information to area business leaders and stakeholders. Clay edc hosted a workforce development summit focusing on talent alignment and development efforts. Clay edc hosted the 8th annual first coast expressway summit to provide up-to-date information on development related to the construction of sr-23. Clay edc was the fiscal agent for clay county legislative day in tallahassee, fl to bring awareness for county needs and opportunities.

Clay county edc supported over $500 million in real estate, infrastructure, redevelopment, tourism, and new business projects for clay county. New business recruitment projects included a healthcare facility and educational facility. These announced projects will yield over 100 high wage jobs. There are another 500 jobs in the project pipeline.
