The corporation is formed exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and to carry out the purposes of conservatory lab foundation, inc. The coropration shall: 1) provide services to, manage funds and other assets for, and otherwise support the functions of and/or to carry out the purposes of conservatory lab foundation, inc.; 2) own acquire, lease, and/or maintain real estate at which conservatory lab foundation, inc. Is located and/or where the foundation operates a facility; 3) engage in activites and perform functions that conservatory lab foundation, inc. Would otherwise have to perform; and 4) otherwise benefit, through the provision of financial support and services, conservatory lab foundation, inc.
