To raise awareness regarding the importance of mental health and substance abuse in chautauqua county. It also exists to provide advocacy, referrals, education and support services for the mental health participants and those suffering from addiction in chautauqua county, and to facilitate the active involvement of the citizens in effectively advocating mental health and addiction issues.
