Clear direction mentoring exists to address our nations need to diversify science, technology, engineering, math, and medicine (stemm) education programs and work forces. Graduate students and postdoctoral fellows provide long-term mentorship to underrepresented minority students in stemm from their sophomore year in high school to their first-ever paid stemm internships.
