To offer a broad range of community based and Home-Care Services designed to enable older adults to remain independent and active by living healthy lives.

Case Management - Provide social worker services to assess seniors needs and help them to find the services needed to keep them healthy and to remain independent in their homes.

Nutrition - Meals on wheels program delivering hot meals five days a week to the aged and home bound includes congregate meals programs providing activities and trips. Adult Day Care - Provides a safe place for seniors to go and remain active while giving their caregivers respite. Lifelong Learning - Provides learning activities for more active seniors and is the gateway to other services. Volunteer Services - Coordinates volunteers to help serve all of the seniors needs. Home Repair - Provides minor home repairs and modifications to help the seniors remain in a safe living condition.
