Mission
The Cleveland County Arts Council will ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate in programs and activities that will enrich cultural life. This is accomplished through visual art exhibits, classes, festivals and other events.

Arts in Education: Largest outreach into the community reaching over 10,000 students in Cleveland County Schools with performances for K-8th grade.Student Art Competition was held with over 700 children participating.Scholarships were given to high school seniors.
Art of Sound - The mission of the Art of Sound Music Festival is to expose the community to a diverse musical experience by featuring local, regional and national artists who demonstrate a pursuit of excellence in their chosen genre.
