Buildings for the future and footprint fund:(30%) led collaborative buildings for the future initiative to design, build, and operate climate friendly building that reduce emissions and energy use, including the electrify missoula compaign aimed at supporting the transition from fossil fuel-powered to efficient electric appliances. Co- led clean energy workforce coalition designed to expand and bring more women into the building trades. The carbon offset footprint fund assisted individuals and entities to support energy electrification, and weatherization efforts. Assisted with planning and developing climate- sensitive building incentives and zoning.

Expenses: $62K

Community engagement and clean energy:(30%) via outreach events (including annual climate & clean energy expo and climate solutions week), newsletters, social and legacy media, and more, we expanded the public's understanding of carbon pollution, climate impacts, solar, energy savings, and resiliency. Efforts encouraged a stronger local network, more community involvement, and created opportunities for dialogue and action. Co-led efforts to reach missoula's community climate goals, including 100% clean electricity and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Encouraged rooftop solar adoption. Supported local policy development to incentivize renewable energy development, sustainable transportation, and smart land use planning.
