Clovr Cares Foundation Inc

The corporation is a nonprofit corporation and is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The purposes of the corporation is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which missouri nonprofit corporations may be organized.
