Advocating for voters' right to a verifiable election. Educate voters of the importance of election security and protect voters' rights to have ballets counted.

Ongoing Litigation initiated in 2017 (Curling v. Raffensperger). Obtained court order in 2022 to investigate nation's largest voting system breach, 2023 litigation spending was primarily dedication to such investigation via discovery, generating significant national media coverage, and resulting voter and election official education. CGG's litigation discovery relates to election security, and investigation of Georgia's voting system breaches.

Expenses: $114K

Election security education for voters and election officials. CGG conducted webinars and conference calls to education local education officials, voters and civic leaders on the security flaws in the Georgia electronic voting system. Education included recommending mitigating action that can be taken to secure the system prior to pending elections. Education was offered to all 159 county election supervisors and their election boards. CGG also distributes newsletters (approx.. monthly) concerning policy issues, for example election audits and ballot secrecy, to election officials in 159 counties.
