The corporation is organized to provide educational and outreach assistance to low-income, non-english speaking, elderly or disabled individuals of the community in an effort to help these individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency through community-based organizations, awareness and education, financial literacy, and advocacy in an atmosphere or respect.
