Organization's Primary Exempt Purpose:The purpose of the Coalition of Franchisee Association, Inc ("CFA") is to promote the common interest of independent franchisee associations and to serve as a voice of franchisees; to encourage initiatives and inter-change throughout; to elicit and communicate.Among the members of the community, protect and preserve the rights of independent franchisee associations; to do all things necessary and proper to the betterment of independent franchisee associations; and the provide advocacy, educational training, and member services for the enhancement of its' members all in such manner as determined by Board of Directors.
