Coalition Of Higher Education Assistance Organizations

To promote access to higher education through legislative advocacy of financial aid programs; to increase the efficient and cost-effective delivery, billing, and collection of higher education student financial assistance programs; to prepare and disseminate information to the public and governmental officials and agencies in furtherance of the purposes of the coalition and to keep the membership appraised of said information.
