Pharmacy - our organization manages 4 in-house pharmacies and also provides pharmacy drugs to many of our patients through the federal 340b drug program. During 2024, we filled approximately 125,000 prescriptions through our 4 in-house pharmacies and over 20 participating 340b contract pharmacies.

Social services: providing high quality social services primarily to the uninsured and the under-insured is another one of our primary exempt purposes. Our organization provides social services to our total patient count which exceeds 35,000.

Other services: in addition to the services shown in part iii, items a through c, our organization provides hiv, mental health, lab, nutrition, patient transportation, ob/gyn, optometry, and other ancillary services to our total patient count of approximately 36,000.

Financial assistance is provided by the organization to individuals experiencing financial hardship.
