Cobblestone cares was founded by the shareholders of cobblestone homes, llc exclusively for charitable purposes, in an effort to coordinate and provide funds to various great lakes bay region (mid-michigan) not for profit entities to help support the health and well-being of families throughout the region as well as award funds to individuals in the region to advance the knowledge of building homes with health and families in mind.
