Providing for the transfer, use, benefit, management, expenditures & distribution of the alumni center building & property as coe college shall from time to time determine to be for the best interest and welfare of the students, faculty and administrative personnel.

Providing for the transfer, use, benefit, management, expenditures & distribution of the racquet center building & property for such racquet sports, including racquetball, squash, tennis, platform tennis, aerobics and jogging and such other disciplines relating to proper health, life-styles and physical conditioning, as coe college shall from time to time determine to be for the best interest and welfare of the students, faculty, staff personnel and alumni.
