Cogdell Properties Inc

The corporation holds title to property, and the proceeds therefore are assigned by the corporation to its stockholders/ members in consideration of their furnishing the funds for the purchase of the property. The stockholders are pension trusts described in and exempt from federal income tax under sections 401 and 501 of the internal revenue code of 1954.
