COHAP Outreach Corporation is a dedicated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to preventing homelessness among vulnerable groups including veterans, formerly incarcerated individuals, aged out of foster care young adults, domestic violence victims, and formerly incarcerated juveniles. We believe that everyone deserves a chance for a stable future, focusing on both protection from homelessness and empowerment to rebuild and thrive.
