Cohasset Historical Military Memorial Corporation

To construct and to oversee in perpetuity the maintenance and preservation of a war memorial to be erected in honor of veterans who were residents of the town of cohasset and died in the service of the united states of america in time of war and to have such other powers and duties as are conferred upon a corporation organized under chapter 180 of massachusetts general laws.
