The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organization decscribed under section 501( c )( 3) of the internal revenue code. The purpose of the corporation shall be to promote and encourage the success of athletic programs of the colby school district including: 1. To promote athletics as an activity designed to develop the body, mind and spirit and encouraging more young men and women to get invloved. 2. To support, promote and mantain a high standard of integrity and good sportsmanship in all athletic activities of the school. 3. To promote and encourage increased attendance at all sports activities by the parents and friends of athletes, the students and the faculty of the school. 4.
