To provide developmental and rehabilitative services to citizens.

Adult developmental training provides functional skills for daily living through repetitive learning activities in training activities including, but not limited to; motoric development; dressing & grooming; toileting; eating; language; reading and writing; quantitative skills development; independent living; personal/social development; community awareness; and reduction of maladaptive behaviors.
The vocational services program gives developmentally disabled adults the opportunity to obtain earned income and increase their independent living capabilities through programming inclluding evaluation, work adjustment training, janitorial skills training, and regular/sheltered employment.
Home base provides and/or secures services to individuals of any age who are developmentally disabled and their natural and/or alternate family. Some services available, but not limited to, are: crisis care and intervention; social services; family education, including parenting skills and techniques for teaching daily living skills; financial resource assistance-applications for public aid, social security benefits, and general assistance; vocational training; and linkage to other agencies.
