Wellness centers - to provide consumers of mental health services a place to meet in order to fulfill thier social and psychological needs.

Hud program - to operate a mainstream voucher housing program for consumers of mental health services, under the hud mainstream voucher program, and provide housing and supportive services under the hud continuum of care program.
