Mission Statement: The College Scholarship Leadership Access Program CSLAP believes every student can attend and graduate from a college or university. CSLAP served the Rio Grande Valley by providing free after-school college access services and hosting summer programming to let high school students get ahead in their college-oriented endeavors. The services include college application to essay writing scholarship search financial aid application assistance in and out of state career discovery and scholarship disbursements.
