Provide or facilitate the provision of low-cost housing on a nonprofit, cooperative basis to students of institutions of higher education. To coordinate policies, programs, and activities of its student residents and to expand both the formal and informal education of student residents, in part by encouraging them to fully participate in the governance and management in the cooperative model of association.
