Annual meeting/installation of officers is a dinner meeting for approximately 200+ ccms members and guests with a program including the inauguration of the ccms president and new officers, ccms award presentations, and a keynote from a state or a national healthcare leader.

Women's health forum is a free public event for approximately 300 attendees with educational talks from local physicians, an exhibit hall with vendors featuring services for women, and a health complimentary continental breakfast.
