Collins Coalition

The Collins Coalition is organized and operated exclusively to instruct, train, and raise awareness among the public about the benefits that word games such Scrabble can provide. These benefits can include improvements in cognitive skills, reduced social isolation, possibly staving off degenerative mental conditions, and expansion of one's lexicon and mathematical skills. As part of that educational purpose, the organization sponsors tournaments that aim to provide a supportive environment fort he public to learn, increase its word game skills, build self-esteem, and foster sportsmanship. All of Collins Coalition's activities are aimed at achieving that educational purpose.
