Mission
Our mission is to serve the educational needs of our members and their students and to provide growth opportunities to music educators regardless of their experience in the profession.
Programs
1 program
Educational services - encourage participation in music education and provide recognition for achievement in music for colorado students. Instrumental and vocal programs involved participation by over 1,600 students. Following the downturn in attendance for cmea-related activities, our participation and attendance returned to a more normal level in the 2023-2024 fiscal year. However, we have experienced a continued reduction in membership due to the reduction of many public-school music programs in the state.
