This corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of the internal revenue code section 501 (c) 3 or the corresponding provision of any future united states internal revenue law. Such purposes may include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining a portable natural history museum that will travel to schools and other public sites to augment and further the education of the students and general public, said museum to include but not limted to replicas of fossils and other artifacts. In carrying out the purposes of this corportation, no distinction shall be made among the recipients on account of race, gender, religion, creed, disability, veteran status, national, or ethnic origin, or economic cirmustances. Chartibale purposes shall include the making of distributions to organizations qualifing as exempt organizations under section 501 (c) 3 of the internal revenue code or the corresponding provision of any
