Columbus Club Corporation

The purpose for which this corporation was formed is: (1) to operate a private member club (2) to cooperate and assist the knights of columbus las cruces council no. 1226, including promotion of its fraternal, charitable, civic, and social pursuits; and (3) to conduct any other business that is appropriate for new mexico nonprofit corporations and for which would be tax-exempt under the laws of the united states and the state of new mexico.
