2.downtown - downtown ground floor initiative 2024/2025 (city of columbus): columbus empowerment corporation shall be responsible for helping to identify businesses for the program and assisting them with the application and program participation. Columbus empowerment corporation shall provide business consulting services for all of the participants as well as up to forty existing businesses downtown.

Omd - ohio micro business development program 2024 (ocdc): training and technical assistance services: training and have individuals complete that training; and expects to provide technical assistance consultations, leading to jobs created or retained, helping microbusinesses expand, and microbusinesses start.

Ncr 2024 - services to encourage and stimulate economic development via the growth and expansion of neighborhood-based businesses.
