Columbus Urban League

Entrepreneurship & small business services: provides new opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs by working to equip participants with the knowledge, resources and support needed to transform their business ideas into reality. These services foster ventures that not only succeed but also make a meaningful impact on our local economy.

Financial empowerment services: provides participants with the tools, knowledge and resources necessary to understand and take control of their finances. This helps to ensure everyone can be part of a financially empowered community.

Head start: provides pre-kindergarten education services to children ages 3-5 years old. Head start also provides wrap-around services to families including resources for employment, housing and health services.

Family enrichment: provides services to the entire family including safety and security, mental health, housing resources, employment, tutoring, violence intervention and education.

Youth leadership: provides education, training, credentialing and job placement to youth between the ages of 14-21.

Advocacy: provides needed advocacy to the families served by the columbus urban league. Ensures much needed community information is provided and distributed among the families served.
