Comanche Trail Men S Golf Association Corp

The association is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and recreational purposes. Specifically, the association aims to promote the game of golf among men in the community, foster sportsmanship, provide educational opportunities related to golf rules and etiquette, organize tournaments and social events, and support related charitable activities. No part of the net earnings of the association shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to, its members, directors, officers, or other private persons, except that the association shall be authorized to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of its purposes.
