Mission
Founded in 1982, crew atlanta's mission is to influence the success of the commercial real estate industry by advancing the achievements of women. Crew seeks to influence the success of the commercial real estate industry by focusing on fulfilling four key initiatives: business development, leadership development, industry research and career outreach. Our members seek to push the boundaries in every facet of commercial real estate through provocative dialogue among peers drawn from every discipline in the industry. We encourage our membes to be a force for activism and involvement in our communities.

Leadership - crew atlanta encourages its members to grow both professionally and personally throughout their entire careers. The organization offers multiple leadership opportunities for its members, including leading an individual program or event, serving as a committee or subcommittee chair, or serving on the board of directors. Bi-annually, crew atlanta organizes a year-long leadership class called leadership crew. This program is designed to address the personal and professional needs of women in their development as leaders and contributors to the commercial real estate industry and the community at large.
Outreach/education - crew atlanta holds multiple programs throughout the year designed to educate its members and keep them abreast of current real estate trends. This includes the annual economic forecast and the empowerment speaker series. The organization is also committed to bringing more women into commercial real estate by offering career outreach programs that educate students about the many opportunities in crew. Crew careers introduces high school students to the many career opportunities available to them in the commercial real estate industry. This hands-on one-day or multi-session program uses local real estate developments, projects, or sites to showcase the many career options available within commercial real estate.
