Journal - adult basic education programs publishes biannually a scholarly journal with a practical intent devoted to improving the efforts of adult educators working with low literate, educationally disadvantaged and oppressed adults. Establishes and maintains a comprehensive website to provide information and to communicate more efficiently with the membership. National membership holds approximately 100,000 members.
