811 campaign/education: developed and distributed the 811 guideline for 811 outreach throughout the year. Developed a series of 811 toolkits to support national efforts including national safe digging month and 8/11 day. Developed national damage prevention curriculum and online training program.

Best practices: published best practices including new practices and modifications. Printed and distributed 10,000 best practices field manuals as well as the online best practices manual.
