Team consulting functional or cross-functional teams collaborate across 6 weeks - 6 months on a nonprofit's consulting or implementation challenge related to operations, strategic planning, technology, finance, hr, or marketing. - projects are designed as a leadership development tool for volunteers-timeline: the overall engagement can take 9 weeks - 6 months including sourcing & scoping nonprofit projects from project kick-off -recruitment: engages a target group of employees i.e., emerging leaders, executives, business resource groups-projects are scoped with an assumption of a delivered stand-alone resource that supports organizational or cross-program capacity building -engagement management: ci team members identify project needs, source volunteers, kick-off project with nonprofit and volunteers and attend weekly meetings. Ci team members facilitate the conversation vs. Acting as an additional sbv volunteer.
