Common Roots Housing Trust

To acquire or build housing for people with low and moderate incomes, preserve and improve such housing for future generations of low and moderate incomes, to lease or sell such housing to people with low and moderate incomes with buyback provisions that allow them to develop equity and pride in stewardship, allow them to retain their original invesment plus a portion of the homes value increase, and limit future increases in equity so the housing can remain affordable.
