Mission

Common Voices is an advocates coalition of burn survivors and people who have lost loved ones in fires. The mission of the organization is to create a fire safe America. The advocates vision is that by turning their tragedies into advocacy lives can be saved.The advocates complete this mission and vision by sharing their stories creating resources that tell their stories and by involvement with fire departments at the local state and national level.

Advocates travel reimbursements. This was the founding reason Common Voices was formed so that our funding could allow advocates to say yes to be there when fire departments needed them to testify regarding fire and life safety.

Social media presence is important in todays world and this category allows us to grow our presence on social media platforms promoting the resources created in recent years that shares our advocates stories.

This includes our advocacy work advocate liaison and general expenses not included in the big three.
