Cwd manages a 42,000 square foot business incubator providing small business technical assistance and referrals, a 50,000 square foot light industrial building and a community based employment training and placement program with case management support. The youth and adult workforce development programs coach participants in financial fluency, job readiness and entrepreneurial leadership.
