California connect (cac): cac works with the california public utilities commission to provide a variety of services for the deaf and disabled communication program (ddtp) by providing communication access for californians with hearing, vision, cognitive, mobility, and speech-related, such as field operations, specialized telephone equipment processing, marketing and outreach, and testing and training.

All others: csd primarily focuses on providing accessible communication technologies and services to the deaf and hard of hearing communities, including accessible information and resources to healthcare, education, and workforce, and collaboratively with deaf-led organizations to advocate better and long-term widespread impact.
