Our mission is to improve health outcomes by promoting health equity and addressing social and environmental conditions in vulnerable communities.

Nourishing communities: through our nourishing communities initiative, we work alongside community residents and leaders to develop connections, systems and infrastructure to sustainably advance community health equity. To date, our programming includes community gardening, nourish produce boxes, and partnering with cando houston to implement the healthy corner stores initiative.
