To work with individuals, families, small businesses and community-based organizations in disadvantaged and underserved communities to address the impacts of ongoing development by providing information on housing, health, employment, funds, and employment resources and by conducting research and education on the impacts of development and engaging in advocacy to address the impacts of development on disadvantaged and underserved communities.
