Recruiting and training volunteers that implement changes in the cities of Monterey County that include the establishment and operation of Community Gardens; the planting of tees on urban street; teaching citizens how to reduce the amount of green-house-gasses they generate, and how to reduce waste including their use of single-use plastics.
