Low Income Weatherization Assistance Program (LIWAP) Our LIWAP funds were used to improve the energy performance of 225 homes for needy families utilizing the most advanced technologies and testing protocols available in the housing industry. The program enables low-income families to lower their utility bills and, at the same time, increase the comfort, health and safety of their homes.
