Community services- provides services to senior citizens, the homeless populace, and neighborhood needs to promote the self-sufficiency of individuals and our communities. Community service programs include: christmas assistance, graffiti removal, rx for oklahoma, individual development accounts, volunteer income tax preparation and neighborhood activities. Senior transportation services- provide transportation services to senior citizens for congregate meals, senior companion services and other senior transportation needs. Emergency food & shelter- provides emergency services for food, utility assistance and rent assistance for low income individuals and families. Economic development- provides services leading to community economic enhancement and individual self-sufficiency through small business loan programs, small business workshops, techinical assistance, and money management training.

Housing & weatherization- home repair & weatherization provides emergency home repair and energy conservation through education activities and repair services. Homebuyer assitance provides down payment and closing cost assistance to income eligible individuals and families. Housing counseling provided to help clients understand the responsibilities of home ownership and how to make housing and financial choices. Home acquisition/rehabilitation increases the availability of affordable quality homes to income eligible individuals and families. Green home loan program improves eligible individual's homes efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
