Community action commission's mission is to build on the strengths and resources available, provide solutions for complex issues, and empower individuals, families, and communities to move out of poverty.

Employment, education and financial empowerment programs create opportunities for adults to gain skills to become more financial established, earn living/family sustaining wages, and meet the needs of their households through long-term case management and career readiness efforts with the goal of ensuring people earn enough to support their families and people have the resources they need.
