To increase the self-determination and self-sufficiency of individuals and families who are in need.

Child care program - the canv kids child development and family program provides qualified low-income families with subsized pre-school and child care services for infants and children up to 5 years old.

Senior nutrition program - provides daily home delivered and congregate meals to napa serniors. Meals, socialization, daily contact and caring volunteers allow seniors to live in their own home independently.

Housing and shelter program - housing and shelter program provides rental assistance for the individuals and families and households who are at risk of homelessness. Canv also operates the samaritan transitional housing.
