Robbinsville c.a.r.e. (community addiction recovery effort) is a standard operating procedure followed by the robbinsville township police department when faced with suspects arrested in the township of robbinsville for the possession of, or under the influence of, a controlled dangerous substance. Robbinsville c.a.r.e. Allows police officers to offer a pathway to recovery by providing resources, access to treatment, and guidance from a trained drug counselor.
