To minimize further transmission of hiv and to maximize the quality of life for all people affected by hiv.
Programs

Outreach to identify at-risk populations and individuals, hiv testing, counseling and referral to hiv and other services if needed. Prevention specialists work with groups and individuals to reduce risk of transmission of hiv, and to promote overall healthy lifestyles.
Case managers work with hiv positive clients to assist them in overcoming barriers to stable, long-term housing. This includes help with identifying affordable housing, short-term emergency financial aid, and, in some cases, longer-term rental assistance.
