Utilizing evidence-based practices, the outpatient program offers group therapy, individual therapy, case management, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care. Its strength lies in a robust network of collaborative partners, including the cuyahoga county public defender's office, cleveland police department, county prosecutor's office, and the county's common pleas and municipal courts. This coordinated approach ensures holistic, wraparound support and accountability. In fiscal year 2024, the outpatient program served 1,361 individuals, with 54% completing treatment successfully, underscoring the program's effectiveness and enduring community impact.

Community housing - launched in august 2023, cats' carf-accredited, 54-bed community housing program provides a critical bridge between structured residential treatment and long-term independent living for men with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Designed to foster stability and reinforce recovery gains, the program offers temporary housing in a safe, supportive environment where participants can focus on securing employment, restoring income streams (ssi/ssdi), and finding permanent sober housing. The first 30 days are provided at no cost, reducing barriers to engagement. The program offers structured daily support, peer recovery services, outpatient treatment options, medication-assisted treatment (mat), and 24/7 supervision by a dedicated house manager who ensures compliance, motivation, and community-building. In fiscal year 2024, the community housing program served 203 individuals, with 62% successfully completing the program.
