Cai-cv provides educational programs, networking events and educational publications to members involved with the common interest development industry.

Cai-cv holds 240 hours of educational programs each year for their members and the public. There are 13 networking events. Cai-cv publishes 13 educational newsletters each year. They also publish brochures that inform their members and the public about specific hoa issues.
